### sec.100 Existing performance of function or exercise of power under recommendatory provision This section applies if, before the commencement, the Land Court had started, but not finished, performing a function or exercising a power conferred on the court under a recommendatory provision. Former part 2 continues to apply in relation to the performance of the function or the exercise of the power as if the Justice and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2020 had not been enacted. s 100 ins 2020 No. 15 s 107 (sec.100-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement, the Land Court had started, but not finished, performing a function or exercising a power conferred on the court under a recommendatory provision.
