### sec.567 Documents lodged before commencement—reserve for prescribed former schedule 1 purpose This section applies to a dedication notice, or a plan of subdivision, lodged but not registered before the commencement to the extent— the plan or notice provides for the dedication of land to public use as a reserve for a prescribed former schedule 1 purpose; and the dedication of the reserve does not relate to an application made under former section 31C before the commencement. This section also applies to an adjustment notice lodged but not registered before the commencement to the extent— the notice provides for the purpose for which a reserve is dedicated to change to a prescribed former schedule 1 purpose; and the change does not relate to an application made under former section 31D(1)(b) before the commencement. On the commencement— the plan of subdivision or dedication notice is taken to state that the purpose of the reserve is the corresponding community purpose for the prescribed former schedule 1 purpose; or the adjustment notice is taken to state that the new purpose of the reserve is the corresponding community purpose for the prescribed former schedule 1 purpose. s 567 ins 2024 No. 12 s 71 (sec.567-ssec.1) This section applies to a dedication notice, or a plan of subdivision, lodged but not registered before the commencement to the extent— the plan or notice provides for the dedication of land to public use as a reserve for a prescribed former schedule 1 purpose; and the dedication of the reserve does not relate to an application made under former section 31C before the commencement.
