### sec.566 Existing applications under former s 31D to change purpose to non-community purpose This section applies to an application, made under former section 31D(1)(b) before the commencement, to the extent the application is to change the purpose for which a reserve is dedicated to a non-community purpose. Subsection (3) applies if the application had not been decided before the commencement. On the commencement, the application lapses. Subsection (5) applies if, before the commencement— the application was approved; but an adjustment notice for the change had not been registered under former section 31B. The Minister may change the purpose for which the reserve is dedicated to the non-community purpose under new section 31B. Subsection (7) applies to the extent the purpose for which the reserve is dedicated is changed to the non-community purpose under subsection (5).
