### sec.560 Existing reserves and deeds of grant in trust for other purposes
This section applies to the extent that, immediately before the commencement, the land was land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for a purpose other than—
a prescribed former schedule 1 purpose; or
a transitioned purpose; or
a purpose stated in section 559(1).
The land continues to be land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for the purpose.
While the purpose remains in effect for the land, the land is taken to be land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for a purpose that is not a community purpose.

(sec.560-ssec.1) This section applies to the extent that, immediately before the commencement, the land was land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for a purpose other than— a prescribed former schedule 1 purpose; or a transitioned purpose; or a purpose stated in section 559(1).
(sec.560-ssec.2) The land continues to be land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for the purpose.
(sec.560-ssec.3) While the purpose remains in effect for the land, the land is taken to be land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for a purpose that is not a community purpose.
- (a) a prescribed former schedule 1 purpose; or
- (b) a transitioned purpose; or
- (c) a purpose stated in section 559(1).
