### sec.559 Existing reserves and deeds of grant in trust for particular purposes
This section applies to the extent that, immediately before the commencement, the land was land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for any of the following purposes stated in former schedule 1—
cultural purposes;
travelling stock requirements;
watering-places.
The land continues to be land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for the purpose.
While the purpose remains in effect for the land, the amended Act applies in relation to the land as if it were land dedicated as a reserve, or granted in trust, for a community purpose.
