### sec.55G Person to give up possession on surrender
On the surrender of all or part of a deed of grant in trust, a person occupying the land the subject of the surrender must immediately vacate the land.
A person who does not give up possession under subsection (1) , and is not otherwise entitled to possession, is a person who is unlawfully occupying unallocated State land.
Action for trespassing may be taken under chapter 7 , part 2 .

(sec.55G-ssec.1) On the surrender of all or part of a deed of grant in trust, a person occupying the land the subject of the surrender must immediately vacate the land.
