### sec.55A Applying to surrender
The trustee of a deed of grant in trust may apply to surrender all or part of the deed of grant in trust.
However, before applying, the trustee must give notice of the trustee’s intention to apply to each person with a registered interest in the deed of grant in trust.
The trustee may also give notice to any other person the trustee considers has an interest in the deed of grant in trust.

(sec.55A-ssec.1) The trustee of a deed of grant in trust may apply to surrender all or part of the deed of grant in trust.
(sec.55A-ssec.2) However, before applying, the trustee must give notice of the trustee’s intention to apply to each person with a registered interest in the deed of grant in trust.
(sec.55A-ssec.3) The trustee may also give notice to any other person the trustee considers has an interest in the deed of grant in trust.
