### sec.51 Removal of trustees
The Minister may remove a trustee from office if the Minister is satisfied—
the trustee has breached the conditions of the trust, the conditions of appointment or this Act; or
the removal is in the public interest.
The removal of a trustee from office must be registered.
The Minister may appoint, under section 44 , a new trustee in the place of the trustee removed.

(sec.51-ssec.1) The Minister may remove a trustee from office if the Minister is satisfied— the trustee has breached the conditions of the trust, the conditions of appointment or this Act; or the removal is in the public interest.
(sec.51-ssec.2) The removal of a trustee from office must be registered.
(sec.51-ssec.3) The Minister may appoint, under section 44 , a new trustee in the place of the trustee removed.
- (a) the trustee has breached the conditions of the trust, the conditions of appointment or this Act; or
- (b) the removal is in the public interest.
