### sec.43B Requesting recommendation for issue of deed of grant The trustee of the operational deed of grant in trust may ask the Minister to recommend to the Governor in Council the issue of a deed of grant over the land, or a part of the land, under section 43D . Before making the request, the trustee must give notice of the trustee’s intention to make the request to each person with a registered interest in the land the subject of the request. The trustee may also give notice to any other person the trustee considers has an interest in the land the subject of the request. s 43B ins 2024 No. 12 s 37 (sec.43B-ssec.1) The trustee of the operational deed of grant in trust may ask the Minister to recommend to the Governor in Council the issue of a deed of grant over the land, or a part of the land, under section 43D .
