### sec.378 References in documents to a person with an interest in land includes personal representatives etc. In a document made or executed under this Act, a reference to a person as registered owner, transferor, transferee, mortgagor, mortgagee, lessor, lessee, trustee or as having an interest in land includes a reference to the person’s personal representatives, successors and assigns. The application of this section may be displaced, wholly or partly, by a contrary intention appearing in the document.
