### sec.375A Document to vest in trustee
A request to vest an interest in a person as trustee may be registered only if—
the person is eligible, under this Act, to hold the land on trust; and
the request to vest gives effect to an order (the vesting order ) of a court.
The vesting order, and all other documents (the other documents ) stating details of the trust subject to which the interest is vested in the trustee, must be deposited with the request to vest.
The other documents do not form part of the register.
The registrar of titles must keep certified copies of the other documents and return the originals to the person who deposited them.
