### sec.375 Document of transfer to trustee A transfer of an interest to be held in trust may be registered only if— the transferee is eligible, under this Act, to hold the land on trust; and either of the following is deposited with the transfer— a document, in the form required by the registrar of titles, stating details of the trust; a certified copy of a document creating the trust.
