### sec.373ZG When amendment or replacement of approved agreement ends interest
Registration of an indigenous cultural interest ends if the approved agreement for the interest is amended or replaced and the approval mentioned in section 373ZF is refused.
If an indigenous cultural interest ends under subsection (1) , the chief executive must give notice of the ending of the interest to the registrar of titles.
As soon as practicable after receiving notice under subsection (2) , the registrar of titles must remove the indigenous cultural interest from the appropriate register.
No compensation is payable by the State for removal of the interest.

(sec.373ZG-ssec.1) Registration of an indigenous cultural interest ends if the approved agreement for the interest is amended or replaced and the approval mentioned in section 373ZF is refused.
