### sec.360D Notice of intention to apply to amend lease
This section applies if a lessee or a person acting for the lessee (each an applicant ) intends to make an application under section 360C to amend the description of a lease.
Before applying, the applicant must give notice of the applicant’s intention to apply to any other person with a registered interest in the lease land.
The applicant may also give notice to any other person the applicant considers has an interest in the lease.

(sec.360D-ssec.1) This section applies if a lessee or a person acting for the lessee (each an applicant ) intends to make an application under section 360C to amend the description of a lease.
(sec.360D-ssec.2) Before applying, the applicant must give notice of the applicant’s intention to apply to any other person with a registered interest in the lease land.
