### sec.360C Applying to amend description of lease
A lessee or a person acting for the lessee may apply to amend the description in a freeholding lease if the description of the lease may be amended under section 360 (1) (a) or (d) .
A lessee or a person acting for the lessee may apply to amend the description in a term lease, or a perpetual lease, other than a State lease if the description of the lease may be amended under section 360A (2) (a) , (b) or (c) .
A lessee or a person acting for the lessee may apply to amend the description in a State lease if the description of the lease may be amended under section 360B (1) (a) , (b) , (c) or (d) .

(sec.360C-ssec.1) A lessee or a person acting for the lessee may apply to amend the description in a freeholding lease if the description of the lease may be amended under section 360 (1) (a) or (d) .
(sec.360C-ssec.2) A lessee or a person acting for the lessee may apply to amend the description in a term lease, or a perpetual lease, other than a State lease if the description of the lease may be amended under section 360A (2) (a) , (b) or (c) .
(sec.360C-ssec.3) A lessee or a person acting for the lessee may apply to amend the description in a State lease if the description of the lease may be amended under section 360B (1) (a) , (b) , (c) or (d) .
