### sec.327C Applying to surrender lease
A lessee may apply, in writing to the chief executive, to surrender all or part of a lease.
However, before applying, the lessee must give notice of the lessee’s intention to apply to any other person with a registered interest in the lease.
The lessee may also give notice to any other person the lessee considers has an interest in the lease.

(sec.327C-ssec.1) A lessee may apply, in writing to the chief executive, to surrender all or part of a lease.
(sec.327C-ssec.2) However, before applying, the lessee must give notice of the lessee’s intention to apply to any other person with a registered interest in the lease.
(sec.327C-ssec.3) The lessee may also give notice to any other person the lessee considers has an interest in the lease.
