### sec.31A Changing boundaries of reserve
The Minister may change the boundaries of a reserve other than a reserve dedicated for a purpose mentioned in section 31 (1) (b) or (c) .
The Minister may change the boundaries of a reserve under this section without receiving an application under section 31D (1) .
The boundaries of a reserve are changed by registering an adjustment notice or plan of subdivision.
The adjustment notice must state—
the reason for the change of the boundaries of the reserve; and
the amended description of the land dedicated as the reserve.
The change of the boundaries of a reserve takes effect on the day the adjustment notice or plan of subdivision for the change is registered.

(sec.31A-ssec.1) The Minister may change the boundaries of a reserve other than a reserve dedicated for a purpose mentioned in section 31 (1) (b) or (c) .
(sec.31A-ssec.2) The Minister may change the boundaries of a reserve under this section without receiving an application under section 31D (1) .
(sec.31A-ssec.3) The boundaries of a reserve are changed by registering an adjustment notice or plan of subdivision.
(sec.31A-ssec.4) The adjustment notice must state— the reason for the change of the boundaries of the reserve; and the amended description of the land dedicated as the reserve.
(sec.31A-ssec.5) The change of the boundaries of a reserve takes effect on the day the adjustment notice or plan of subdivision for the change is registered.
- (a) the reason for the change of the boundaries of the reserve; and
- (b) the amended description of the land dedicated as the reserve.
