### sec.294F Amending a building management statement A building management statement may be amended by registering an instrument of amendment of the building management statement. The instrument of amendment must be signed by the lessees of all lots to which the building management statement applies. The instrument of amendment must not change the lots to which it applies. s 294F ins 2004 No. 9 s 77 (sec.294F-ssec.1) A building management statement may be amended by registering an instrument of amendment of the building management statement.
