### sec.294E Registration of building management statement When registering a building management statement, the registrar of titles must record a reference to the statement in the particulars for the lease in the appropriate register. However, the registrar of titles, though not obliged to examine, may examine a building management statement for its validity, including, in particular, its consistency with any plan of subdivision, or its compliance with the requirements for a building management statement.
