### sec.203 Typical conditions
A lease may be subject to any of the following conditions—
about improvements or development on or to the land;
about the care, sustainability and protection of the land;
about the conversion or renewal of the lease;
about the transfer or sublease of the lease;
about the provision of reasonable services, roads and infrastructure external to but servicing the land;
about time frames and milestones for finishing conditions over the term of the lease;
other conditions the Minister considers appropriate.

- (a) about improvements or development on or to the land;
- (b) about the care, sustainability and protection of the land;
