### sec.176U Making and registration of agreement about land management
The Minister may, for the State, make or amend a written agreement with a lessee about the management and use of the lease land.
However the agreement or amendment has effect only if it is registered.

(sec.176U-ssec.1) The Minister may, for the State, make or amend a written agreement with a lessee about the management and use of the lease land.
