### sec.157A Chief executive’s approval required for renewal
A term lease may be renewed only if, under this subdivision, the chief executive has made an offer of a new lease and the offer has been accepted.
Subsection (1) is subject to section 434B .

(sec.157A-ssec.1) A term lease may be renewed only if, under this subdivision, the chief executive has made an offer of a new lease and the offer has been accepted.
(sec.157A-ssec.2) Subsection (1) is subject to section 434B .
