### sec.22 Fee exemption for record of particular decisions This section applies in relation to the supply of a record of a decision (including an order or a record of conviction) under section 154 (1A) of the Act to a person about whom the decision was made. Despite section 20 (1) , no fee is payable under schedule 3 , item 5(a) by the person for the supply of the record. s 22 amd 2022 SL No. 79 s 94 (sec.22-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to the supply of a record of a decision (including an order or a record of conviction) under section 154 (1A) of the Act to a person about whom the decision was made.
