### sec.65A Civil trial without a jury
A court may order a civil trial without a jury if the trial—
requires a prolonged examination of records; or
involves any technical, scientific or other issue that can not be conveniently considered and resolved by a jury.

- (a) requires a prolonged examination of records; or
- (b) involves any technical, scientific or other issue that can not be conveniently considered and resolved by a jury.
