### sec.35 Information about prospective jurors to be exchanged between prosecution and defence in criminal trials
If a party to a criminal trial obtains information about a person who has been summoned for jury service that may show the person is unsuitable to serve as a juror in the trial, the party must disclose the information to the other party as soon as practicable.
The Criminal Law (Rehabilitation of Offenders) Act 1986 does not apply to the disclosure of information under this section.
The Criminal Law (Rehabilitation of Offenders) Act 1986 , section 6 , places restrictions on disclosure of the criminal history of a person by someone if the rehabilitation period under the Act has come to an end.
(sec.35-ssec.1) If a party to a criminal trial obtains information about a person who has been summoned for jury service that may show the person is unsuitable to serve as a juror in the trial, the party must disclose the information to the other party as soon as practicable.
(sec.35-ssec.2) The Criminal Law (Rehabilitation of Offenders) Act 1986 does not apply to the disclosure of information under this section.
