### sec.58 Small Claims Tribunals Act 1973 reference This section applies to the following item that was in schedule 1, part 1, immediately before the commencement of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2000 , schedule , amendments of the Judicial Review Act 1991 , amendment 4 (the amendment )— 7 Small Claims Tribunals Act 1973 , section 19 It is declared that the amendment never had any effect to omit the item and the item has been listed in schedule 1, part 1, at all times after the amendment.
