### sec.53 Respondent to applications concerning decisions of Governor in Council
In an application for a statutory order of review, or an application for review, that relates to a decision of the Governor in Council, the respondent to the application is to be—
the Minister responsible for the administration of the enactment, or the scheme or program, under which the decision was made; and
in relation to a decision to which paragraph (a) does not apply—the Minister responsible for tendering to the Governor in Council advice in relation to the matter to which the application relates.
