### sec.40 Application for further statement
A person to whom a statement has been given under section 33 (the requester ) may apply to the court for an order under this section against the person who gave the statement (the decision-maker ).
If the court considers that the statement does not contain adequate particulars of the reasons for the decision, the court may order the decision-maker to give to the requester, within a specified period, an additional statement containing further and better particulars in relation to specified matters or a further statement under section 33 .
