### sec.84 Convocation elected members to be disregarded for s 22J(6)(a) During the transition period, the following persons must be disregarded in calculating the number of elected members for section 22J(6)(a)— a person whose office as an elected member is continued under section 83(1); a person who is appointed under section 85 to the office of an elected member mentioned in section 15(2)(f). s 84 ins 2017 No. 36 s 50 - (a) a person whose office as an elected member is continued under section 83(1); - (b) a person who is appointed under section 85 to the office of an elected member mentioned in section 15(2)(f).
