### sec.33 Establishment of convocation
A convocation of the university is established.
The council is to decide the membership of the convocation.
The council is to decide—
how meetings of the convocation are to be called; and
how the convocation is to conduct its proceedings; and
if and how members of the convocation are to be appointed as members of the council; and
the quorum of a meeting of the convocation; and
the powers and functions of the convocation.
