### sec.95 Confidentiality of information
A person must not disclose information gained by the person in the administration of this Act.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply to a disclosure of information—
with the consent of the person from whom the information was obtained; or
in the administration of this Act; or
to the commissioner; or
with the approval of the chief executive, to a person administering a corresponding law; or
in a proceeding under this Act or a report of the proceeding; or
in a proceeding before a court in which the information is relevant to the issue before the court.
This section does not limit the Right to Information Act 2009 .

(sec.95-ssec.3) This section does not limit the Right to Information Act 2009 .
- (a) with the consent of the person from whom the information was obtained; or
- (b) in the administration of this Act; or
- (c) to the commissioner; or
- (d) with the approval of the chief executive, to a person administering a corresponding law; or
- (e) in a proceeding under this Act or a report of the proceeding; or
- (f) in a proceeding before a court in which the information is relevant to the issue before the court.
