### sec.9 Meaning of introduction service
An introduction service is a service the purpose of which is to introduce a person to 1 or more other persons who might be interested in having a personal relationship, or in attending a social outing, with the person, by—
giving a name or other identifying details of the other person to the person; or
giving a document containing names or other identifying details of the other person to the person; or
arranging for the person to attend a meeting with the other person.
For subsection (1) , it does not matter whether—
the intended introduction is direct or indirect; or
the personal relationship is intended to be for a long or short time.
