### sec.82 Definition for pt 7 In this part— reviewable decision means— for an applicant for a licence— a decision of the chief executive to impose a condition on a licence under section 24 (1) (a) ; or a decision of the chief executive under section 24 (1) (b) ; or for a licensee—a decision of the chief executive under section 27 (2) or 30 (3) (b) . s 82 sub 2009 No. 24 s 602 - (a) for an applicant for a licence— (i) a decision of the chief executive to impose a condition on a licence under section 24 (1) (a) ; or (ii) a decision of the chief executive under section 24 (1) (b) ; or - (i) a decision of the chief executive to impose a condition on a licence under section 24 (1) (a) ; or - (ii) a decision of the chief executive under section 24 (1) (b) ; or - (b) for a licensee—a decision of the chief executive under section 27 (2) or 30 (3) (b) . - (i) a decision of the chief executive to impose a condition on a licence under section 24 (1) (a) ; or - (ii) a decision of the chief executive under section 24 (1) (b) ; or
