### sec.60 Additional services may only be provided under a new agreement
If a client wishes to obtain a different level of introduction service from the level stated in an introduction agreement, the introduction agent must not demand or receive any amount for providing the different level of service.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
Subsection (1) does not apply if the introduction agent receives an amount for providing the different level of service under a new introduction agreement.
(sec.60-ssec.1) If a client wishes to obtain a different level of introduction service from the level stated in an introduction agreement, the introduction agent must not demand or receive any amount for providing the different level of service. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
(sec.60-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the introduction agent receives an amount for providing the different level of service under a new introduction agreement.
