### sec.46 When introduction agreement is voidable
This section applies if—
an introduction agent does not give a person (a client ) a pre-contractual disclosure statement before entering into an introduction agreement with the client; or
an introduction agent gives a person (also a client ) a pre-contractual statement that does not comply with section 43 ; or
an introduction agreement entered into by a client does not comply with section 44 ; or
an introduction agent does not give a client a copy of the introduction agreement in accordance with section 45 .
The client may end the agreement at any time before it is completed by notice given to the introduction agent.
(sec.46-ssec.1) This section applies if— an introduction agent does not give a person (a client ) a pre-contractual disclosure statement before entering into an introduction agreement with the client; or an introduction agent gives a person (also a client ) a pre-contractual statement that does not comply with section 43 ; or an introduction agreement entered into by a client does not comply with section 44 ; or an introduction agent does not give a client a copy of the introduction agreement in accordance with section 45 .
(sec.46-ssec.2) The client may end the agreement at any time before it is completed by notice given to the introduction agent.

- (b) an introduction agent gives a person (also a client ) a pre-contractual statement that does not comply with section 43 ; or
- (c) an introduction agreement entered into by a client does not comply with section 44 ; or
- (d) an introduction agent does not give a client a copy of the introduction agreement in accordance with section 45 .
