### sec.38 Employees must be over 18 A person must not employ another person under 18 years in the business of an introduction agent if the other person— is involved directly or indirectly in negotiating, or entering into, introduction agreements for the introduction agent; or provides introduction services for the introduction agent. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. - (a) is involved directly or indirectly in negotiating, or entering into, introduction agreements for the introduction agent; or - (b) provides introduction services for the introduction agent.
