### sec.33 Register of licences
The chief executive must keep a register of licences.
The register must contain—
the addresses of the principal and other places where a licensee carries on the business of an introduction agent; and
any other information prescribed under a regulation.
The register is to be kept in the form and in the way decided by the chief executive.
Any person may inspect the register—
at any office of the department when it is open to the public; or
at any other place or in any other way decided by the chief executive.
On the application of a person and on payment of any fee prescribed under a regulation, the chief executive may give the person a certificate certifying as to any matter relating to the contents of the register.

(sec.33-ssec.1) The chief executive must keep a register of licences.
