### sec.24 Decision on application
The chief executive must consider an application for a licence and—
grant the licence, with or without conditions; or
refuse to grant the licence.
If the chief executive decides to grant the licence, the chief executive must—
grant the licence for the term stated in the application for the licence; and
promptly give the applicant the licence.
If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the licence, the chief executive must promptly give the applicant a QCAT information notice for the decision.

(sec.24-ssec.1) The chief executive must consider an application for a licence and— grant the licence, with or without conditions; or refuse to grant the licence.
(sec.24-ssec.2) If the chief executive decides to grant the licence, the chief executive must— grant the licence for the term stated in the application for the licence; and promptly give the applicant the licence.
(sec.24-ssec.3) If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the licence, the chief executive must promptly give the applicant a QCAT information notice for the decision.
- (a) grant the licence, with or without conditions; or
- (b) refuse to grant the licence.
