### sec.66C Representative may give integrity commissioner information about lobbying activity
This section applies if an entity carries out, or seeks to carry out, a lobbying activity with a representative.
The responsible person for the representative may, if the responsible person reasonably believes the information may be relevant to the functions or powers of the integrity commissioner, give the integrity commissioner information relating to the lobbying activity.
Without limiting subsection (2) , the information given under subsection (2) may include personal information about an individual who is carrying out, or seeking to carry out, the lobbying activity.
A responsible person for a representative may delegate a function under subsection (2) to an appropriately qualified person.
