### sec.48 Who may apply An entity (the applicant ) may apply to the integrity commissioner for registration as a lobbyist. The application may be for registration of— the applicant; or the applicant and each officer or employee of the applicant who carries out a lobbying activity for the applicant; or if the applicant is already a registered lobbyist—an officer or employee of the applicant who carries out a lobbying activity for the applicant and who is not a listed person for the applicant. s 48 sub 2024 No. 3 s 36 (sec.48-ssec.1) An entity (the applicant ) may apply to the integrity commissioner for registration as a lobbyist. (sec.48-ssec.2) The application may be for registration of— the applicant; or the applicant and each officer or employee of the applicant who carries out a lobbying activity for the applicant; or if the applicant is already a registered lobbyist—an officer or employee of the applicant who carries out a lobbying activity for the applicant and who is not a listed person for the applicant. - (a) the applicant; or - (b) the applicant and each officer or employee of the applicant who carries out a lobbying activity for the applicant; or - (c) if the applicant is already a registered lobbyist—an officer or employee of the applicant who carries out a lobbying activity for the applicant and who is not a listed person for the applicant.
