### sec.45 Who is an Opposition representative
An Opposition representative is any of the following persons—
the Leader of the Opposition;
the Deputy Leader of the Opposition;
an opposition spokesperson;
an opposition assistant spokesperson;
a staff member in the office of the Leader of the Opposition.

- (a) the Leader of the Opposition;
