### sec.34 Definitions for division In this division— member to whom a relevant document relates means the member of the Legislative Assembly involved in interests issues and to whom the relevant document relates. s 34 def member to whom a relevant document relates amd 2010 No. 37 s 41 relevant document , for interests issues, means each of the following documents— the request under section 22 for a meeting with the integrity commissioner on the interests issues; any information given to the integrity commissioner under section 22 (2) ; any further information requested by the integrity commissioner under section 22 (3) and given to the integrity commissioner; any written advice given by the integrity commissioner on the interests issues; any written reasons of the integrity commissioner for refusing to give the advice. - (a) the request under section 22 for a meeting with the integrity commissioner on the interests issues; - (b) any information given to the integrity commissioner under section 22 (2) ; - (c) any further information requested by the integrity commissioner under section 22 (3) and given to the integrity commissioner; - (d) any written advice given by the integrity commissioner on the interests issues; - (e) any written reasons of the integrity commissioner for refusing to give the advice.
