### sec.33A Disclosure to Assistant Minister The integrity commissioner must give to an Assistant Minister a copy of a relevant document relating to a particular ministerial advisor who gives advice to the Assistant Minister if— the Assistant Minister asks for a copy of the document; and the person is a person about whom the Assistant Minister may request advice under section 20C . s 33A (prev s 31) amd 2012 No. 6 s 27 sch amdts 1(1)(b), (2), 2(1)(c), (2); 2022 No. 33 s 49 (1) – (2) renum and reloc 2022 No. 33 s 49 (3) - (a) the Assistant Minister asks for a copy of the document; and - (b) the person is a person about whom the Assistant Minister may request advice under section 20C .
