### sec.29 Disclosure to Premier
The integrity commissioner must give to the Premier a copy of a relevant document relating to a particular designated person, other than a non-government member, a senior executive or a senior executive equivalent, if—
the Premier asks for a copy of the document; or
the integrity commissioner reasonably believes the designated person has an actual or perceived, and significant, ethics or integrity issue.
The integrity commissioner may give a copy of a relevant document to the Premier under subsection (1) (b) only if—
the integrity commissioner gives the designated person written advice that the integrity commissioner has the belief mentioned in subsection (1) (b) and is required to give a copy of the document to the Premier; and
the designated person fails to resolve the issue to the integrity commissioner’s satisfaction within 5 business days after being given the advice.
