### sec.26 Disclosure
This section applies if a designated person, former designated person or former ministerial advisor makes a request under section 15 for advice on an ethics or integrity issue.
A relevant document for the ethics or integrity issue may be disclosed under this division.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that the integrity commissioner must not disclose a relevant document relating to a person who has been, but is not presently, a designated person or ministerial advisor, other than under section 28 .

(sec.26-ssec.1) This section applies if a designated person, former designated person or former ministerial advisor makes a request under section 15 for advice on an ethics or integrity issue.
