### sec.16 Request by Premier The Premier may ask for the integrity commissioner’s advice on— an ethics or integrity issue involving any person who is, or has been, a designated person other than a non-government member; or standard setting for ethics or integrity issues. s 16 amd 2010 No. 37 s 35 - (a) an ethics or integrity issue involving any person who is, or has been, a designated person other than a non-government member; or - (b) standard setting for ethics or integrity issues.
