### sec.17 Decisions not reviewable
A decision under this Act—
is final and conclusive; and
can not be challenged, appealed against, reviewed, quashed, set aside or called in question in any other way, under the Judicial Review Act 1991 or otherwise (whether by the Supreme Court, another court, a tribunal or another entity); and
is not subject to any writ or order of the Supreme Court, another court, a tribunal or another entity on any ground.
In this section—
decision includes—
a decision about making a declaration under section 5 (2) or 6 (2) ; and
a decision to give a transfer notice or project direction; and
a decision or conduct leading up to or forming part of the process of making a decision.
(sec.17-ssec.1) A decision under this Act— is final and conclusive; and can not be challenged, appealed against, reviewed, quashed, set aside or called in question in any other way, under the Judicial Review Act 1991 or otherwise (whether by the Supreme Court, another court, a tribunal or another entity); and is not subject to any writ or order of the Supreme Court, another court, a tribunal or another entity on any ground.

- (a) is final and conclusive; and
