### sec.70 Power to require reasonable help
If an authorised officer enters a place occupied by an agency under section 67 , the authorised officer may require a person at the place to give the authorised officer reasonable help to exercise a power under that section, including, for example, to demonstrate data handling systems and practices or produce a document.
When making a requirement under subsection (1) , the authorised officer must give the person an offence warning for the requirement.
In this section—
offence warning , for a requirement made by an authorised officer under subsection (1) , means a warning that, without a reasonable excuse, it is an offence for the person of whom the requirement is made not to comply with the requirement.
