### sec.69 General powers
If an authorised officer enters a place under section 67 , the authorised officer may do the following—
require a person at the place who has the necessary skills or knowledge to demonstrate the data handling systems and practices of the agency that relate to the agency’s compliance with this chapter;
inspect a document that is relevant to the systems, policies and practices of the agency that relate to the agency’s compliance with this chapter;
remain at the place for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the entry.
Also, if the agency agrees, an authorised officer may exercise a power mentioned in subsection (1) (a) or (b) by audio visual link provided by the agency.
In this section—
audio visual link means facilities that enable reasonably contemporaneous and continuous audio and visual communication between persons at different places and includes videoconferencing.
