### sec.56 Exemption—eligible data breach of more than 1 agency This section applies if— an agency is not required to comply with requirements about assessing a data breach under section 48 (2) (b) and (3) because section 48 (5) applies to the agency; and another agency is required to comply with division 2 in relation to the data breach.
